This conference will be held on August 14, 2007 at Legend Hotel Saigon, HCMC by KMR and ABAS Corporation with the sponsor of HCA. 
This is an important event marking the first appearance of ABAS Corporation (Germany) in Vietnam's market. Dr. Dr. Heinz Peter Seidel - Germany Consul General in HCMC will personally attend the conference in common with enterprises of Germany Business Association. As for Vietnam, the Organization Board invites the Department of Posts and Telematics (DPT) as well as Departments relating to ICT industry, HCA's corporate members, over 100 enterprises applying indutries and a large number of the press.
