After two months to deploy, on July 06, 2006, HCA's Standing Committee signed the Decide to grant ICT Gold Medal 2007 and Top Vietnam ICT Cup 2007 basing on Awarding Board's results as follows: 

"ICT GOLD MEDAL FOR HIGH TURNOVER 2007": 
In 2007, ICT Gold Medal for High Turnover includes four main fields as in 2005: Hardware Gold Medal, Internet Service - Telecommunication Gold Medal, Training Gold Medal and Software Gold Medal. Software Gold Medal contains four groups: software with high turnover, exporting software with high turnover, software product with high turnover and promising software product.
Regulations to examine Gold Medal 2007 with turnover at some fields is required 10% higher as compared with 2006; software product however is still the same turnover in the last year:
