HCA welcomed representatives of the Department of Posts and Telematics of HCMC (DPT HCM) on December 17, 2007. Joining this meeting, as for DPT HCM, there were Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Manager of ICT Application Research Department, Ms. Vu Thi Thu Huong - Representative of General Co-ordination Office, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Sa - Representative of ICT Department, Ms. Vo Thi Thu Suong - Representative of Application and Research Department and Mr. Ngo Hoang Anh – Representative of ICT Department (Electricity - Electronics); as for the Hochiminh City Computer Association (HCA), there were Mr. Pham Thien Nghe - Secretary General and Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung - Bureau Chief.
