1. The company must write the production chart as Japanese company demands. Japanese company will write a basic drawing so the company can write the production chart. 
2. The company must be able to use either AUTOCAD LT or AUTOCAD REGULAR.
3. The company must not open everything concerning the contract between Japanese company and the company to others. 
4. The company must send one person to Japan for few months (Japanese company will invite one person working at the company after exchanging a contract to JAPAN in order to train the person).

In addition, that would be better if the company can meet the following condition: 
5. The company is expected to send one person who is in a management (like president and vice president) and is able to speak Japanese to Japan for few months.
